A Summer Poured Over Ice, Kai Bar & Kitchen Launches Its Seasonal Cocktails

Bright, refreshing pours crafted for Bengaluru’s sun-soaked days

Kai Bar & Kitchen introduces its Summer Cocktail Programme, bringing a refreshing new menu to its rooftop space 13 floors above MG Road. Designed for the season, the cocktails balance light, crisp, and citrus-forward flavours, perfect for long afternoons and breezy evenings.  

Leading the lineup is Kyuri Bliss is a light, crisp cooling drink that leans into clean flavours. Built with sake and Ketel One, layered with Kai’s signature cucumber brine, and finished with a gentle carbonation, it is refreshing in the most understated way, the kind of drink that keeps you coming back between conversations.

Complementing it is the Trinity Paloma, a vibrant summer mix of Camino Blanco, pink grapefruit juice, plum syrup, and carbonation, with an option to upgrade to Don Julio Blanco or Patrón Silver for a more elevated pour. 

Rounding out the line is Akari which brings a softer, more layered expression of summer, where fruit-forward freshness meets a subtle bitter edge. Crafted with Tanqueray and Campari, balanced by fresh muskmelon juice and a touch of agave, the cocktail is light yet complex. Finished with a vegan foamer for a smooth, airy texture, Akari is refreshing, slightly floral, and gently bittersweet, a drink that lingers just enough to keep things interesting.

Adding depth to the menu are two globally celebrated classics, reimagined for the season. The Pisco Sour, crafted with Barsol Pisco, super lemon, angostura, and a smooth foamer, delivers a bright, citrus-forward profile with a velvety finish that feels both refreshing and timeless. Alongside it, the Penicillin brings a bolder, more warming contrast, blending JW Black Label with ginger honey syrup, Islay malt, and fresh ginger for a smoky, spiced complexity that lingers on the palate.

Set against panoramic city views and an open-air rooftop, the programme is designed for relaxed sundowners and easy evenings that stretch into the night.
