Novotel Pune Nagar Road Appoints Abhishek Donde as Security Manager

Novotel Pune Nagar Road has appointed Abhishek Donde as Security Manager. He brings over nine years of experience across security, safety and loss prevention in the hospitality industry.

In the role, Donde will oversee security protocols across the hotel, conduct regular safety and security assessments, monitor emergency preparedness, and coordinate evacuation drills and crisis management. He will also be responsible for statutory safety compliance, security audits, guest and property-related incidents, and documentation and reporting.

He will work with hotel teams and local authorities on fire safety, emergency response and security preparedness, and will run training sessions for associates on crisis management, emergencies, crowd management and other safety procedures.

Donde was named Manager of the Year 2024 at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik. He was also recognised as Employee of the Month at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport and nominated for Associate of the Month at JW Marriott Pune.
