Black Rock Hotels appoints Kumar Gaurav Singh as Corporate HR Head

Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has appointed Kumar Gaurav Singh as Corporate HR Head, based at the company’s corporate office in Jaipur. The appointment comes as the hospitality management group expands its hotel portfolio and strengthens its organisational capabilities.
Singh brings more than 19 years of hospitality experience, covering HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, compliance and employee relations.
Experience across hospitality brands
Throughout his career, Singh has worked with semi-government organisations, multinational companies and hospitality brands, including TGB, ITC Hotels and Marriott International.
In his new role, he will oversee the group’s human resources function, working with corporate and property teams on recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee engagement and HR systems. His responsibilities will also include establishing consistent people practices across the organisation as its hotel portfolio and workforce grow.
