Bringing over 26 years of culinary expertise across some of the world's most renowned luxury hospitality brands, she is celebrated for her mastery of authentic Thai cuisine and her unwavering commitment to preserving its rich culinary traditions.
A native of Thailand and an alumna of the prestigious Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, she began her culinary journey at Hilton Hotel, Thailand, where she built a strong foundation in traditional Thai cooking. Over the years, she has refined her craft at distinguished hospitality destinations including The Westin Qingdao, China, Sheraton Full Moon Resort & Spa, Maldives, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Sri Lanka, Dusit Princess Kathmandu, Nepal, and many more.
Rooted in Thailand's rich culinary heritage, her philosophy centres on preserving traditional recipes and techniques while thoughtfully adapting them for contemporary luxury dining. By combining authentic flavours with carefully selected ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship, her dishes celebrate the depth, balance, and regional diversity of Thai cuisine. In her new role, she will spearhead the Thai culinary programme curating immersive and memorable dining experiences.
