Bringing over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, he continues to lead the hotel's Rooms Division, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and a people-first culture that enhances every stage of the guest journey.

Joining The Westin Pune Koregaon Park in 2022 as Front Office Manager, Ganapathy quickly established himself as a dynamic leader, earning successive promotions to Room Division Manager and now Director of Rooms. Throughout his tenure, he has played an instrumental role in strengthening service standards. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, Ganapathy in his new role is part of the Executive Committee as he oversees all operational aspects of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. Being a brand custodian and championing the brand’s audits, Ganapathy focuses on driving service excellence while empowering teams to consistently deliver the personalized experiences that define The Westin brand.
