Le Meridien Surat has appointed Pradeep Menon as Director of Sales & Marketing. He brings over 14 years of experience across luxury and upper-upscale hospitality.

In the role, Menon will lead the hotel’s commercial strategy, with a focus on MICE, weddings, social celebrations, corporate business and leisure. He will also work on strengthening the hotel’s F&B and experiential offerings and on identifying new opportunities across key market segments. An MBA graduate, he has expertise in revenue strategy, market repositioning, luxury and resort sales, multi-property operations, team development and forecasting.

Menon began his career with Hilton, with stints in Chennai, Mumbai and Trivandrum. He has since held leadership positions with Radisson Blu, Fairfield by Marriott, Renaissance Ahmedabad, Four Points by Sheraton and Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa, Coorg, gaining exposure to business hotels, luxury resorts and multi-property operations, as well as pre-opening environments.

Beyond the hotel’s established strengths in events and banqueting, his mandate includes building stronger engagement with leisure travellers and local audiences, and responding to evolving guest preferences across F&B, wellness, flexible MICE formats and contemporary weddings.
