Azerai Resorts in Vietnam Win Multiple High-Profile Awards

Azerai Resorts in Vietnam have entered 2026 on a high note after an award-filled 2025 that brought international recognition to two of their standout properties. Azerai Ke Ga Bay, the oceanside resort of suites and villas in southern Vietnam, earned a prestigious MICHELIN Key last October. The property was also named one of Southeast Asia’s best boutique hotels by The Times (UK), secured runner-up in the global “Most Instagrammable Hotel” contest, and won the title for Asia, the Indian Ocean and South Pacific. Additional accolades included being voted among Vietnam’s “Top 10 Family Hotels” by Smart Travel Asia readers and receiving Epicure magazine’s award for “Best Boutique Resort in Vietnam” for 2025.

Located just 2.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City, Azerai Ke Ga Bay sits on 4.5 hectares of lush gardens, framed by Hon Ba Island and its historic lighthouse on one side and soaring sand dunes on the other. General Manager Julian Moore described the resort as “a lush and serene tropical oasis” and reaffirmed the team’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Meanwhile, Azerai La Residence, Hue, in Vietnam’s former imperial capital, also enjoyed a stellar year. The 122-room hotel overlooking the Perfume River was recognized by Travel + Leisure as one of Vietnam’s best upcountry hotels, while its General Manager Minh Phan Trong was named “General Manager of the Year.” The property was further honored by The Times of London, Tatler, NOW Travel Asia, and Smart Travel Asia readers, who voted it among Vietnam’s top hotels for service. MICHELIN also listed it among northern Vietnam’s best boutique hotels for cultural getaways.

Centered on a 1930 colonial mansion built for the French Resident Superieur, Azerai La Residence, Hue showcases art deco architecture with nautical flourishes.
