India-Linked Atmosphere Core Marks European Debut with Borgo Monchiero Heritage

Atmosphere Core, the hospitality company co-founded by Indian entrepreneur Salil Panigrahi and currently expanding its footprint across India, has marked its entry into Europe with the opening of BORGO MONCHIERO HERITAGE by Atmosphere in Italy's UNESCO-listed Langhe region.

The opening is a significant milestone in the company's global growth journey, making Europe the latest addition to a portfolio that spans the Maldives and an expanding collection of hotels and resorts across India. It also reflects the growing international presence of hospitality brands with strong Indian leadership.

Opening on 16 July 2026, the restored 18th-century monastery has been transformed into a 25-key luxury heritage retreat, offering authentic Italian hospitality through heritage architecture, regional gastronomy, wellness experiences and curated cultural immersions.
