Experience the flavours of Italy at Oliveto, The St. Regis Goa Resort, as Chef Jacopo Avigo of Mezzo Mezzo, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, joins Chef Roberto of Oliveto for an exclusive three-day guest chef collaboration from 4th to 6th September 2026. Bringing together two celebrated Italian culinary voices, the collaboration invites guests to discover a specially curated à la carte menu that celebrates authentic Italian recipes, premium seasonal ingredients and contemporary Mediterranean influences.

The limited-time menu will feature a selection of signature Mezzo Mezzo antipasti, handcrafted Italian pastas, traditional risottos, fresh seafood preparations, regional Italian main courses, wood-fired and Mediterranean-inspired specialties, and classic Italian desserts with contemporary touches. The experience will showcase the distinctive culinary styles of both chefs while highlighting the diverse regional flavours and time-honoured techniques of Italian cuisine. Guests can also enjoy chef recommendations, culinary storytelling inspired by Italy's regional traditions, and the opportunity to meet Chef Jacopo Avigo during the promotion.
