Mantra Koodam, a CGH Earth Experience hotel in Tamil Nadu, has launched Diraviyam, an immersive farm-to-table culinary experience that revives the forgotten flavours and food traditions of ancient Tamilagam.

Through Diraviyam, the team has revived the cuisines of four historic Tamil regions—Thondai Nadu, Nadu Nadu, Kongu Nadu, and Pandya Nadu—alongside the Chola Nadu cuisine already served at Annaprasanna.
