Chef Hari Nayak Brings His Signature Indian Cuisine Back to Baraabaru

Chef Hari Nayak returns to Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa from November 2 to 8 for a week-long residency at Baraabaru, bringing his distinctive interpretation of Indian cuisine back to the Maldives.

At the resort’s award-winning Indian restaurant, recognised among CNN Travel’s Top 10 Maldives’ Finest Tables in 2022, Chef Nayak reunites with Head Chef Kishan Singh for a menu that pairs the depth of Indian culinary traditions with a contemporary approach and the fresh flavours of the region.

The menu features Daab Chingri, pairing prawns with tender coconut and ground mustard, Cashew Cod, served with fermented rice crêpe, red chilli and curry leaf, Shiso Chaat, with tamarind, yoghurt and chaat masala and Chicken Barta, combining roasted chicken, tomatoes and cashews. Together, the dishes offer a fresh perspective on familiar Indian flavours in the distinctive setting of Baraabaru.
