NEW DELHI, JUNE 2026: As Delhi’s café culture increasingly shifts towards immersive and experience-led dining, Café De Flora has unveiled its new Summer Menu inspired by the effortless charm of European holidays, Parisian café culture and Riviera-style indulgence.
Designed around leisurely brunches, vibrant beverages and relaxed social dining, the seasonal offering reflects the growing appetite for experiential café concepts across the capital. Combining globally inspired comfort food with fresh summer-forward flavours, the launch further reinforces Café De Flora’s positioning as a lifestyle destination for modern diners.
Drawing inspiration from blooming florals, citrus-forward beverages and the timeless elegance of French cafés, the menu brings together a curated selection of signature plates, seasonal desserts and refreshing beverages suited for long brunches, coffee catch-ups and slow summer evenings.
Highlights from the menu include the Mango Chipotle Fried Chicken Sando, Cacio e Pepe Pasta and Corn Ribs, alongside a beverage selection featuring the Blue Pea Earth Matcha Latte, Orange Espresso, Ocean Latte and Blue Pea Latte. The menu also introduces refreshing summer smoothies such as the Passion Fruit Mango Smoothie and Floral Avocado Kale Smoothie.
Adding a seasonal dessert offering to the experience, Café De Flora has also introduced Mango Sticky Rice, prepared with sweet mango, coconut sticky rice and toasted seeds.
