Celebrating the vibrant flavours, traditional recipes, and festive spirit of the ancient city, this exclusive dining experience brings together an authentic selection of regional delicacies across lavish dinner and brunch spreads.

At the heart of the spread is a thoughtfully crafted menu that showcases the depth and diversity of Banarasi cuisine. Guests can begin their journey with flavourful appetisers such as Paneer Tikka Banarasi, Matar Ki Tikki, and the succulent Shammi Kebab. Traditional favourites like Kachori Sabji, Baingan Bharta, Khaata Meetha Kaddu, Aloo Dum Banarasi, and Lauki Chana Dal highlight the rustic and comforting flavours synonymous with the region.

The experience continues with hearty mains including the aromatic Nimona Pulao and Subz Tehri, alongside robust non-vegetarian specialties such as Machhli Ka Salan, Bhunna Gosht, and Murgh Handi, each prepared using traditional recipes and fragrant spices that have been passed down through generations.
