The Dessert Studio brings the afternoon to a sweet, unhurried closure with waffles and condiments, the iconic Goan serradura, a coconut jaggery payasam, and a tropical fruit bar with chili salt. On the beverage front, the non-alcoholic menu features a kokum cooler, tender coconut water bar, and fresh blends of sugarcane and pineapple juice. For those raising a glass, the brunch offers a Kokum Margarita, Gin and Tonic, a tropical sangria, and chilled beer buckets, everything needed to toast a proper coastal day.
