A film producer and accomplished professional chef, Siddharth Chopra also known as the younger brother of global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas has carved a distinctive path across hospitality, entertainment, and agriculture. Along with Chef Qureshi, Chef Siddharth’s deep appreciation for India’s culinary traditions finds a natural home at Saffron, whose philosophy has always been guided by time, technique, and intent. With highlights including Sarson Ka Saag, a rustic Punjabi winter classic of slow-cooked mustard greens, finished with golden ghee and earthy makki atta for deep, soulful flavour, Sattu Ka Paratha, a hearty Bihari-style stuffed flatbread filled with spiced sattu, cooked golden and finished with a hint of mustard oil for rustic comfort, Gud Ki Kheer, a comforting rice pudding sweetened with pure jaggery, gently simmered in milk and perfumed with cardamom for a warm, nostalgic finish, and a lot more, the menu captures the soulful complexity of North-Indian gastronomy while aligning it with contemporary palettes and experiences with a selection that celebrates depth and aroma, and elevates nostalgia with a regal twist.

The food experience is a throwback feast, led by vibrant live stations including the Amritsari Chaat Junction, Mumbai Street Classics with Pav Bhaji and Keema Pav, a Retro Tandoor Station serving Paneer Tikka and Chicken Malai Tikka, and a Desi Egg Counter with Masala Omelette and Anda Bhurji.
