Saurabh joined IHM-A as an early academic after a short stint in hotel operations. A Ph.D. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS-Mumbai) whose research interests are in Human Resource Management, Tourism and Sustainability, Saurabh is also an alumnus of IIM – Ahmedabad’s Faculty Development Program in Management. He holds the distinction of multiple master-level programs in business administration, Tourism management and Rural development. He is the youngest tourism graduate to receive a Gold Medal for Tourism Studies through the Vice President of India and recommended for a National Tourism Award by the Prime Minister’s Office.
