Bringing with her over 14 years of extensive experience across wellness, spa management, and hospitality operations, Monika joins Mulberry Shades with a strong background in leading high-performing teams, managing multi-property wellness operations, driving revenue growth, and curating exceptional guest experiences. Over the course of her career, she has developed deep expertise in operational excellence, wellness programming, guest engagement, and building service standards that elevate both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Prior to joining Mulberry Shades, Monika served as Cluster Spa Manager at Respa Residency Tower, Puducherry, where she oversaw multiple wellness facilities, led strategic business planning and budgeting, strengthened operational frameworks, and successfully drove service innovation while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience and compliance. Her professional journey also includes experience across leading hospitality and wellness brands, with a strong track record in both operations management and client-centric service delivery.

In her new role at Mulberry Shades, Monika will spearhead the resort’s wellness vision, overseeing the development and execution of immersive wellness programmes designed to offer guests deeply restorative and meaningful experiences. She will play a pivotal role in enhancing the property’s wellness offerings while further strengthening its position as a destination that seamlessly blends hospitality with holistic wellbeing.
