Kochi, 2026 – Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty has announced the appointment of seasoned hospitality professional Rahul Chaudhary as its new Director of Operations, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to operational excellence and guest-centric service.

In his new role, Chaudhary will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, collaborating with teams across departments to elevate guest experiences, streamline processes, and support the hotel’s growth across leisure, MICE, and culinary segments. His leadership is expected to further position Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty as a premier luxury urban resort in South India.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Chaudhary brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage operations, large-scale events, and multi-departmental hotel management. A graduate of the Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, he began his career in 2007 and has since built a reputation for operational consistency and service innovation.

Chaudhary’s association with Hyatt began in 2010 at Grand Hyatt Goa, followed by key roles at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa and Park Hyatt Hyderabad. His contributions in these assignments included strengthening service delivery and managing high-impact dining and event experiences, which continue to shape his leadership style.

Beyond Hyatt, Chaudhary has held senior operational roles at Conrad Pune and The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake & Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments, where he successfully managed complex business segments while balancing guest expectations, team performance, and commercial outcomes.
