Bengaluru, February 2026 – Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park have appointed Natarajan Balasubramanian as Commercial Director, reinforcing the leadership team across both properties.

With more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Natarajan brings deep expertise in sales strategy, revenue management, market positioning, and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee the commercial function, including sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving sustainable growth across corporate, MICE, leisure, and social segments.

Natarajan’s career spans senior leadership roles at some of India’s most renowned hospitality brands, including The Leela Group, Grand Hyatt Kochi, The Westin, and Le Méridien. He has consistently demonstrated strong business acumen, diversifying revenue streams and enhancing brand visibility in competitive markets. His contributions have included expanding residential weddings and strengthening both government and private sector portfolios.

A graduate in Hotel Management & Catering Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, Natarajan is recognized for his strategic vision, collaborative leadership style, and ability to build high-performing teams while nurturing long-term client relationships.

In his new capacity, he will work closely with the leadership teams of Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park to enhance market share, elevate revenue performance, and reinforce the hotels’ positioning as preferred destinations for business and leisure travelers in North Bengaluru.
