Jumboking Strengthens Leadership with Nishant Dholakia Appointment

India’s leading vegetarian burger chain, Jumboking, has announced the appointment of Nishant Dholakia as its new Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO). This strategic move comes as the brand accelerates its national expansion plans, aiming to deepen its presence across India through a franchise-led growth model.

With over three decades of experience in the hospitality and quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector, Dholakia brings a wealth of expertise in scaling restaurant brands and driving operational efficiency. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mumbai, he has previously contributed to the growth of renowned brands such as Pizza Hut, Chili’s, and Galaxy Cloud Kitchens.

Commenting on the appointment, Dheeraj Gupta, Founder and MD of Jumboking, highlighted the alignment of vision between the brand and Dholakia:
