A seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience across leading luxury hotel brands, Chettiar brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage strategy, large-scale operations management, and team leadership.

The Westin Mumbai Garden City – As Director of Food & Beverage, he enhanced guest satisfaction scores, introduced innovative dining concepts, and drove departmental profitability across outlets such as Seasonal Tastes, Prego & Pronto, Eighteen Lounge, and Kangan.
JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu – Served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, managing operations at the flagship 350-room property.
Oberoi Hotels & Resorts (Trident Bandra Kurla & Oberoi Marrakech) – Progressed through leadership roles including Banquet Manager and F&B Service Manager, and contributed to pre-opening operations in Marrakech by setting up F&B systems and training teams.
