Surender Singh brings experience across ITC Hotels, The Leela, Accor, The Roseate Hotels and The LaLiT.

Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie announces the appointment of Surender Singh as its new Food & Beverage Manager. Singh brings with him extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held food and beverage roles across leading hotel groups including ITC Hotels, The Leela, Accor, The Roseate Hotels and The LaLiT.

His career spans multiple facets of hotel operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on service excellence, team leadership and guest-centric hospitality.

Role and responsibilities

In his new role, Singh will oversee the property’s food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, banqueting and in-room dining services, with a focus on elevating guest experience and upholding the culinary standards associated with the Welcomhotel and ITC Hotels brand.

Speaking on his appointment

This iconic property has a rich legacy of hospitality, and I look forward to building on that heritage while delivering memorable food and beverage experiences to our guests.”

Mr Anit Saklani has been promoted as Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) - F&B at The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie. Earlier he was the Executive Chef at the same property.

Anit has been associated with the industry for more than 15 years and has worked with some of the best hospitality brands. Before joining The Fern Hotels & Resorts he was associated with The Fairmont, Jaipur, DoubleTree by Hilton, Ahmedabad, Courtyard Marriott, Umed Bhawan Palace and Jaypee Palace, Agra. His international assignments include working in Muscat and the Middle East. He is well versed in menu planning, recipe development, standardization, cost control and budgeting. Anit is a creative & open-minded person with proven ability to lead, follow directions and a willingness to learn from challenges.
