Anand has previously worked with leading hospitality brands including IHCL (Indian Hotels Company Limited), Marriott International, The Ascott Limited, and Mahindra Holidays. His career has been defined by a strong focus on engineering operations management, sustainability initiatives, and compliance with safety standards. Known for his results-driven approach, he is also recognized for his commitment to people development and fostering strong workplace relationships.

In his new role, Anand will oversee all engineering operations at The Westin Chennai Velachery. He will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and sustainability across the hotel’s infrastructure, while driving operational efficiency and supporting the property’s commitment to guest comfort and environmental responsibility.

Outside of work, Anand enjoys biking, listening to soulful music, and spending quality time with his family in Chennai.
