The new Balewadi outlet extends SALT’s warm and energetic dining experience into a new part of Pune, with an inviting setting designed for everything from casual meals and relaxed drinks to family gatherings and celebrations. The space complements the brand’s food-and-beverage offering, creating an atmosphere where guests can settle in, share a meal and spend time over conversations and cocktails.

Balaji Balachander, Founder and Culinary Director, SALT Indian Restaurant, says, “Pune has given SALT a wonderful response across our first two restaurants, and opening in Balewadi is an exciting next step for us. We are looking forward to bringing our flavours, cocktails and the SALT experience to the Balewadi community, and hopefully becoming part of many of their everyday meals as well as special occasions.”
