Join us for the opening of The Ballard Pier Downtown Experience Centre on 23rd October 2026 at India's First Privately Operated International Cruise Terminal in Ballard Estate, Mumbai.

Set within Mumbai’s historic port precinct, The Ballard Pier Downtown Experience Centre reimagines the city’s waterfront as a dynamic, 24-hour destination for dining, fashion, retail, culture, and entertainment, bringing the city’s maritime legacy into a bold new era of discovery and experiences by the sea.

Built on 17M and 21M above sea level as an addition to the international cruise terminal, The Ballard Pier Downtown Experience Centre spans across more than an acre of seafront land with panoramic harbour views and expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a new perspective on Mumbai’s waterfront and its growing role in the country's cruise tourism and leisure landscape.

The destination will see a phased opening of restaurants, bars, retail, and lifestyle experiences, including Blue Frog, Titlie, Ministry of Crab, Voya Sea Club, Wolf of Grain, Perona, Nicobar, Harbour House, Aiza, and many others.

The evening will feature an address by Aditi Dhruv Kotak, Director at New India Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. and Ballard Pier Private Limited, insights into the architectural vision by Rahul Mehta, and a panel discussion with leading voices from the F&B and retail sectors, followed by cocktails and dinner.
