Speaking about the recognition, Nisha said, “This award is deeply meaningful to me because HR is ultimately about people—their aspirations, their growth and the environment we create for them to succeed. I accept this recognition with immense gratitude to everyone who has been part of my journey. It is a reflection of the collective efforts of my team, colleagues, mentors and leaders who have continuously supported and challenged me to grow.”

She further added, “I believe the future of hospitality will be shaped by organisations that invest in their people. When employees feel valued, empowered and inspired, they create extraordinary experiences for guests. My endeavour will always be to build workplaces where people can learn, contribute, grow and take pride in what they do.”

The FHRAI Hospitality Awards are among the prominent recognitions in India's hospitality industry, celebrating individuals and organisations that have demonstrated excellence and made a meaningful contribution to the sector.

For Nisha, the recognition marks another significant milestone in a career dedicated to people, culture and hospitality, while reinforcing her belief that sustainable business success begins with putting people at the heart of the organisation.
