Padharo Sa - Celebrating Rajasthan at Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad

This September, Mazzo Rooftop Bar at Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad invites diners to experience the timeless charm of Rajasthan with Padharo Sa, a week-long culinary celebration that brings together the state's vibrant traditions, royal recipes and soulful hospitality.

Curated by Chef Mohabbat Singh from Marriott Hotel & Resorts Udaipur, the festival showcases an authentic repertoire of dishes inspired by the kitchens of Rajasthan; from hearty village fare and festive delicacies to flavours once savoured by royalty. Each dish tells a story of the desert state's rich culture, heritage and enduring love for food. Some of the dishes guests can indulge in include Laas Maas, Kabuli Pulao, Ker Sangri, Dal Baati Churma and more.
