This weekend, Burash is hosting a hands-on pizza-making workshop designed for couples and duos. We're sharing the details and images below, and would be happy to provide anything else you may need, should you choose to carry this in your weekend listings!

About the Workshop

The 1.5-hour interactive session will introduce participants to the art of making thin-crust Talo Romano pizzas from scratch. Guests will learn about the fundamentals of pizza making, including dough handling, sauce preparation, and the role of quality ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, good olive oil, and fresh cheese in achieving authentic flavours.

Each pair will be seated at a long communal workshop table and will receive their own personal pizza-making setup along with all ingredients required for the session.

Participants will also receive chef aprons and caps, which they can keep as souvenirs of the experience.

Under guided instruction, guests will learn how to:

• Stretch pizza dough into a thin crust
• Prepare and apply pizza sauce
• Add toppings and assemble their pizza
• Bake their pizza in either an electric oven or Burash’s wood-fired oven

Date: 14th March (Saturday)
Venue: Burash, Sec 132, Noida 
Open to: Couples and duos of friends, siblings, mother-daughter or any pair who would like to cook and learn together

• 4 PM

The early bird price of ₹699 per couple has now closed, and the workshop is currently available at ₹1299 per couple. This includes: ingredients, guidance by the chef, baking setup a chef's hat and apron, pizza and a dessert for two!

About Chef Rishab Gupta

The workshop will be led by Chef Rishab Gupta, founder of Burash, who brings over eight years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Rishab has previously worked with renowned hospitality brands including Olive Bar & Kitchen, The Grammar Room, The Imperial, Pride Plaza, and Le Méridien, and was recently honoured with the Times Chef of the Year Award 2025
