Mumbai, March 2026 – The St. Regis Mumbai presents an exclusive two-night Vietnamese culinary and cocktail pop-up at By The Mekong, The Penthouse Level 37, in collaboration with Dean With Us, on Friday & Saturday, March 13–14, 2026.

Guests will experience Saigon’s vibrant nightlife and contemporary Vietnamese gastronomy through:

  • Cocktails by Thep Dinh, Bar Manager of Stir and World Class Diageo Vietnam Champion, alongside Sameer Shaw and Phuc Ngo.

  • Four curated cocktails each evening, blending modern mixology with storytelling.

  • Cuisine by Chef Nhan Ngo, in a four-hands collaboration with By The Mekong’s Chef Li Qiang, showcasing bold Vietnamese flavors with Asian influences.

This limited-edition pop-up promises award-winning cocktails, elevated gastronomy, and cultural storytelling—an immersive journey into Vietnam’s culinary and cocktail heritage.
