Guests will experience Saigon’s vibrant nightlife and contemporary Vietnamese gastronomy through:
Cocktails by Thep Dinh, Bar Manager of Stir and World Class Diageo Vietnam Champion, alongside Sameer Shaw and Phuc Ngo.
Four curated cocktails each evening, blending modern mixology with storytelling.
Cuisine by Chef Nhan Ngo, in a four-hands collaboration with By The Mekong’s Chef Li Qiang, showcasing bold Vietnamese flavors with Asian influences.
