Inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and the coastal belt, the menu showcases a soulful selection of traditional delicacies crafted with time-honoured techniques and regional ingredients. Guests can indulge in comforting classics such as Tomato Pappu and Mamidikai Pappu, alongside flavourful vegetarian favourites including Urlai Roast, Tarkari Kurma, and Nilgari Veg Kurma.

The experience further highlights signature non-vegetarian preparations like Mutton Ghee Roast, Venganamamsam, Kodi Egru, and the iconic Kori Gassi, complemented by coastal specialties such as Mangalore Fish Curry, Meen Moilie, and Chinmeen Manga Charu.
