Celebrating the rich culinary legacy of Southern India, ITC Grand Central, Mumbai invites guests to experience A Feast from the Southern Heritage at Hornby’s Pavilion, a specially curated dining experience that brings together treasured recipes, aromatic spices, and authentic regional flavours from the South.

Inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and the coastal belt, the menu showcases a soulful selection of traditional delicacies crafted with time-honoured techniques and regional ingredients. Guests can indulge in comforting classics such as Tomato Pappu and Mamidikai Pappu, alongside flavourful vegetarian favourites including Urlai Roast, Tarkari Kurma, and Nilgari Veg Kurma.

The experience further highlights signature non-vegetarian preparations like Mutton Ghee Roast, Venganamamsam, Kodi Egru, and the iconic Kori Gassi, complemented by coastal specialties such as Mangalore Fish Curry, Meen Moilie, and Chinmeen Manga Charu. Adding depth to the spread are indulgent dishes including Royal Vepdu, Eral Thokku, Andhara Kodi Pulo, Chicken Chittendau, and Chicken Ghee Roast, each celebrating the warmth and richness synonymous with Southern heritage cuisine.
