Thoughtfully curated to showcase the essence of Odisha, the festival invites guests to explore a cuisine rooted in simplicity, balance, and deep cultural memory.

Drawing from Odisha’s time-honoured culinary traditions, where seasonal ingredients and subtle techniques define the plate, the festival offers a menu that captures the region’s diverse and soulful flavours. Guests can savour an authentic selection of dishes including Mutton Aloo Jhola, Nadia Chingudi, Macha Ambula, Badi Besara, and other regional specialities, each prepared with an emphasis on traditional methods and nuanced flavour profiles.

Complementing the food is a curated beverage selection featuring comforting classics such as badam milk alongside refreshing drinks inspired by local street-side favourites.
