Bengaluru, 2026: As summer settles over the city, Olive Beach, Bengaluru’s beloved Mediterranean landmark invites guests to soak in the season with a cocktail menu designed to be as vibrant, refreshing, and unhurried as summer itself. Available from April 23 to May 25, this limited-time menu brings together signature sips that capture the very essence of warm days and easy evenings.
The new menu combines a thoughtful mix of seasonal produce, layered flavours, and a distinctly relaxed sensibility. Rooted in freshness and balance, the cocktails move between bright, fruit-forward notes and deeper, more aromatic expressions, offering something for every kind of summer moment.
At the heart of the lineup are creations that celebrate the season’s abundance. Call Me Mango pairs smooth scotch with ripe Sindhura mango and fresh lime, delivering a drink that is both rich and refreshing. Desert Rain offers a sharper contrast, blending raw mango and tequila with a subtle heat of jalapeño, finished with a smoky chilli salt rim that lingers on the palate.
Lighter, easy-drinking serves such as the Melon Cooler highlight the crispness of muskmelon with botanical gin and tonic, making it an ideal companion for warm afternoons. Tropic Like It’s Hot leans into indulgent tropical flavours, layering tender coconut, pineapple, and passion fruit into a smooth, sun-kissed blend that feels instantly transportive.
The menu also explores more nuanced profiles. Berry Me in Paradise brings together mulberries, rosemary, and whisky in an aromatic, elegant composition, while the Summer Sangria captures the brightness of the season with watermelon, star fruit, and mint in a refreshing white wine base.
