Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage the Pan Asian kitchen section during shifts.

Prepare and present Pan Asian dishes with consistency and innovation; train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Ensure hygiene, safety and food-quality compliance; collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team on menus and specials.

Monitor inventory, control costs and maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Experience — Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred. 4–6 years’ experience in Pan Asian cuisine, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
