A 4-star luxury hotel in Northwest Delhi is hiring a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Supervise hotel operations during assigned shifts across departments.

Handle guest concerns promptly; coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B and other teams.

Monitor staff performance; ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational policies.

Support senior management on revenue and operational efficiency.

Experience — Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. 4–6 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
