His appointment strengthens the hotel’s commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences and operational excellence.

DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square announced the appointment of Naveen Raaj as Operations Manager. With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Raaj has consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences and demonstrated strong leadership in service quality. His career within the Hilton ecosystem reflects a steady rise from associate roles to senior leadership positions, underscoring his deep understanding of hospitality standards and guest-first philosophy.

Before taking on this role, Raaj served as Rooms Division Manager at Conrad Pune, where he successfully enhanced guest experience and service performance. He also continues to serve as Regional Quality Champion for Hilton Hotels in South Asia, a role that highlights his expertise in maintaining and elevating service benchmarks across multiple properties. His journey began at Hilton Chennai, and over the years he has contributed significantly to operations at Conrad Pune, DoubleTree Ahmedabad, and DoubleTree Suites Bangalore. He is also a graduate of Hilton’s prestigious SHINE Leadership Development Programme, which is recognized for grooming future leaders within the brand.
