Rosetta Hospitality Appoints Nitesh Kapur as Resort Manager of Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa

Rosetta Hospitality has appointed Nitesh Kapur as Resort Manager of Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa. He will lead day-to-day operations at the 74-key, five-star resort in South Goa.

Kapur brings more than two decades of experience with hospitality companies including Marriott, Le Méridien, Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency and InterContinental Hotels Group. In a previous role as Director of Rooms at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR, he was part of the pre-opening and launch of what the company describes as Marriott's first courtyard resort in India.

His expertise covers guest experience, rooms operations, team development, brand compliance and operational performance. At Elements by Rosetta, he will focus on strengthening service standards, enhancing guest experiences, developing the team and driving operational performance as the resort enters its next phase of growth.

Operational since 2024, Elements by Rosetta is about 3 km from Varca Beach. It has Cucina, an all-day dining restaurant, the poolside bar Collins, Iyasya Spa and spaces for weddings, social occasions and MICE, and guests can also use Ouzo Delmar, the resort’s beachfront restaurant on Varca beach. Founded in Bengaluru in 2017, Rosetta Hospitality also operates a property in Sakleshpur, Karnataka.
