Her journey has encompassed leadership roles across key markets, where she has been at the helm of strategic campaigns, luxury partnerships, and transformation initiatives that have consistently elevated brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.

In her career, Gayatri has been instrumental in shaping some of India’s leading hospitality brands through their most pivotal moments. She spearheaded the pre- and post-opening communications for The Leela Palace Udaipur and The Leela Palace New Delhi in Chanakyapuri, playing a key role in positioning these flagship properties during landmark launches. Gayatri was also part of the pre-opening team for J.W. Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, where she directed all PR and marketing communications that set the tone for a highly anticipated debut.
