With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy across leading hospitality brands such as Taj Hotels, Hyatt, and Hilton, Amol brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Prior to this, he served as Director of Sales at Conrad Pune, where he successfully drove revenue growth, strengthened brand positioning, and led high-performing teams. Beginning his career as a Taj Hospitality Trainee in Food & Beverage Service, Amol transitioned into sales operations and steadily built his career in the commercial domain. An alumnus of Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and market acumen.

In his new position, Amol will oversee sales, revenue management, marketing, and distribution functions at Hilton Mumbai International Airport. His focus will be on developing integrated commercial strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share, while fostering a performance-driven culture rooted in innovation and customer-centric growth.
