In his new role, Braj will oversee the resort’s diverse food and beverage operations, ensuring each outlet delivers the Westin brand’s wellness-driven dining experience. Together with Executive Chef Sidharth Bhardwaj, he will curate immersive gastronomic concepts, including Villa Barbeques and Farm-to-Table experiences, redefining luxury dining in Jaipur.
