Guacamole Co. opens in Punjabi Bagh with a fresh take on Mexican-inspired QSR dining

Guests can choose from fillings like Crispy Mushroom, Chipotle Paneer, Chipotle Chicken, and Birria across tacos and bowls, while appetizers include Tex-Mex Corn Ribs, Grilled Chipotle Chicken Skewers, and Habanero Chicken Wings.

Signature dishes such as Millet Nachos Picante and Birria Lamb Nachos add a playful twist to familiar comfort food. The brand’s fresh guacamoles and dips, available in flavours like Mango Chile and Con Piña, are paired with fruit coolers and handcrafted beverages. Desserts include cinnamon sugar churros and the indulgent Choco Loco Taco.

Designed as an easygoing neighborhood dining spot, the interiors feature warm lighting, avocado-green accents, and a contemporary aesthetic that works equally well for casual lunches, evening catch-ups, and quick bite breaks.
