This March, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park curates a month-long culinary celebration that places women at the heart of every table. Under the inspiring theme “Her Table, Her Triumph,” the hotel honours the women who have shaped kitchens, nurtured traditions, and redefined excellence — from home chefs and mothers to restaurateurs, bartenders, and global culinary talents.

Honoring the ladies, conjuring magic with their culinary art, The Market and Aafreen kitchens will feature exclusive weekend pop-ups with an intimate Chef’s Table experience. Join in for curated Thali’s on Saturday evening at Aafreen or Sunday Brunch at The Market, where these female chefs will be presenting their signature dishes. 

The series opens on 7th – 8th March with Chef Mona, who brings the elegance of Persian cuisine to the forefront, presenting seafood paired with rose-infused accents that celebrate both heritage and innovation. On 14th – 15th March, Chef Rama takes guests on a journey through Kathiawadi cuisine, showcasing rustic flavours and comforting depth reimagined with finesse. The spotlight then turns to Chef Tejaswani Deshpande, whose Maharashtrian culinary showcase on 21st and 22nd March honours bold regional traditions and the spirited heat of Saoji spices. The celebration concludes on 28th – 29th March with Chef Harpreet Kaur, who presents the generous soul of Punjabi cuisine through buttery sarson da saag, ajwaini laccha paratha, and deeply rooted home-style flavours.
