SALT Brings the Flavours of Purani Dilli to the Table with its Limited-Edition Dilli Darbar Menu
/National, June 2026: This season, SALT Indian Restaurant invites diners on a culinary journey through the bustling streets, iconic eateries, and royal kitchens of Old Delhi with its specially curated Dilli Darbar Menu. Inspired by the rich gastronomic traditions of Purani Dilli, the limited-period menu will be available across SALT outlets on select dates, bringing together timeless recipes, smoky grills, indulgent curries, street-side favourites, and nostalgic desserts.
Inspired by the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk and the royal kitchens of Old Delhi, the Dilli Darbar menu brings together iconic street food, smoky grills, and timeless classics. Guests can savour favourites such as Tawa Aloo Chatpate, Vatana Masala Chaat, and Dahi Papdi Chaat, alongside signature kebabs including Beetroot Galouti, Paneer Seekh Kebab, Dariyaganj Chicken Trilogy, and Mutton Burrah, each celebrating the bold and vibrant flavours that define Delhi's culinary heritage.
The feast continues with indulgent mains such as Shahi Paneer Pasanda, Gobi Mussallam, Chicken Tikka Changezi, Rara Murgh, and Mutton Korma, complemented by handcrafted parathas, stuffed kulchas, and flaky Warqi Paratha. To end on a sweet note, traditional desserts like Angoori Rabdi and Shahi Tukda offer a nostalgic tribute to the city's beloved mithai culture.
