This season, Toscano Italian Restaurant invites guests to experience the finest of the sea with a specially curated Salmon & Lobster Chef Pop-Up by Chef Divakar. Bringing together premium seafood and the timeless flavours of Italian cuisine, the limited-time menu showcases the versatility of salmon, lobster and scampi through a selection of thoughtfully crafted preparations. With over 26 years of culinary experience across India and international cruise lines, and his association with Toscano since 2009, Chef Divakar brings his expertise in global cuisines and his appreciation for simple, authentic flavours to this special menu.

The culinary journey begins with elegant appetisers and comforting starters that highlight the freshness of the seafood. Guests can savour the Insalata di Salmone, featuring Norwegian poached and smoked salmon with crisp greens and a sweet balsamic dressing, or the indulgent Salmon & Crab Croquettes, delicately crisp on the outside and packed with rich seafood flavours. The Northwest Seafood Chowder offers a hearty and comforting beginning, bringing together a selection of seafood in a creamy, flavourful broth.
