Young Entrepreneurs Start-up Fest 2025
/Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BCIHMCT) organized the Young Entrepreneurs Start-up Fest 2025, a vibrant showcase of student talent, creativity, and innovation. The event, held under the Department of Developing Innovation, Culture and Entrepreneurship (DICE), provided students with a hands-on platform to transform their ideas into real business ventures.
The fest featured 12 unique stalls, each conceptualized and managed by students. From food and beverages to lifestyle and wellness, the stalls reflected originality, sustainability, and entrepreneurial vision. Junction-e-Jalwa dazzled with flaming Indian desserts, while Humaribagiya promoted eco-friendly living with handcrafted planters. Food enthusiasts enjoyed comfort bites at Drizzling Flavours and health-packed indulgences at Healthy Bites and COCOME. Love-It and Layers of Frosting impressed with sustainable bakery treats, and Feet & Treat introduced a novel wellness concept combining nutrition with relaxation therapies.
Other highlights included SaMeFlavours, serving live pasta and cold coffee, and Big Booze, which promoted non-alcoholic mocktails as stylish party alternatives. Sip’n’Chip allowed personalized snack creations, while Masakli offered handcrafted jewelry with a storytelling touch. Nivala by Nandini closed the circle with preservative-free cookies made from natural ingredients, emphasizing mindful eating.
The event was more than a display of products; it was an immersive entrepreneurial experience where students handled ideation, branding, execution, and customer interaction. Chandiwala students have proved that actual research is creating your product—when ideas turn into reality through innovation and execution.
The overwhelming success generated excitement for future editions, reaffirming BCIHMCT’s commitment to nurturing innovation, entrepreneurship, and future leaders of the hospitality industry.
