Ukiyo at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune has made its debut on 50 Best Discovery, an in-depth collection of city guides featuring exceptional restaurants, bars, hotels and vineyards from around the world.

16 July 2026 – Ukiyo, the modern Japanese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, has joined 50 Best Discovery, further strengthening its position as a notable dining destination in the city. The platform, curated by 50 Best, showcases exceptional hospitality establishments across global destinations.

The latest update to 50 Best Discovery includes more than 650 new venues, bringing over 75 cities and towns onto the platform for the first time. The additions comprise more than 210 restaurants, 110 bars and 130 hotels, alongside the introduction of more than 190 vineyards as a new category. With this expansion, 50 Best Discovery now features more than 3,500 hospitality establishments across over 800 cities and towns worldwide.

Each venue featured on 50 Best Discovery, including Ukiyo at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, is selected based on votes from members of the expert Academies that contribute to 50 Best’s renowned global and regional lists.
