This monsoon, Sayaji Hotel Wakad, Pune invites food enthusiasts to savour the flavours of the season with the Barsati Monsoon Food Festival at Portico, from 26 June to 5 July 2026.
Inspired by rainy evenings, steaming cups of tea and the irresistible charm of Indian street food, the festival brings together a specially curated menu celebrating the country's diverse monsoon culinary traditions. From iconic Mumbai favourites to beloved regional delicacies, guests can look forward to an immersive dining experience filled with warmth, flavour and nostalgia.
The festival menu features popular street-food classics such as Vada Pav, Kanda Bhaji, Pav Bhaji and Misal Pav, capturing the essence of India's rainy-season cravings. Expanding the culinary journey further are regional favourites including hot Jalebi with Rabdi, Samosa and Ragda Patties, showcasing flavours from across the country.
Adding to the experience is a live Mixed Pakoda counter featuring onion, paneer, corn and mirchi pakodas, along with a selection of grilled sandwiches, kathi rolls and other comfort-food favourites that pair perfectly with the season.
