The Hood by Olive, Bengaluru’s premier Global Gastro Bar, is introducing a new culinary experience to the city's weekend scene with its upcoming Lebanese Brunch Shift featuring Hala. This exclusive, one-day pop-up will showcase warm Lebanese flavors designed for sharing and celebration.
The special menu highlights traditional, slow-cooked lamb served over fragrant, spiced rice, making it the centerpiece of the brunch. Guests can also enjoy a loaded Lebanese Mezze Platter with regional favorites such as smooth hummus, creamy labneh, muhammara, and za’atar manakish, along with savory chicken musakhan rolls and warm pita bread. To conclude on a sweet note, the menu features Layali Loubnan, a classic Lebanese dessert meaning “Nights of Lebanon,” which combines a chilled semolina milk pudding with fresh banana and whipped cream, drizzled with orange blossom syrup and topped with pistachios.
The Hood is transforming Sundays into a grand Middle Eastern feast. Join us and indulge in the vibrant Mezze experience.
