Hyderabad, March 2026: Feast, the all-day dining restaurant at Sheraton Hyderabad, will host the Karaikudi Food Festival from March 18 – 22, 2026. Curated by Chef Athi Lakshmi from Madurai, the festival brings the bold, spice-rich flavors of Chettinad cuisine to the city.
Guests can savor authentic dishes such as Chettinad Chicken, Karaikudi Mutton Chops, Kola Urundai, Pepper Crab, Kuzhi Paniyaram, Vazhai Poo Vadai, and Chettinad Vegetable Curry, served with rice and dosa. The restaurant will feature a Karaikudi-inspired décor to enhance the cultural experience.
