Key responsibilities

Full-spectrum oversight of F&B operations, including banquets, restaurants, bar and in-room dining.

Strategic planning and execution of high-volume events and corporate functions; menu innovation, vendor management and quality assurance.

Recruitment, training and performance management of F&B staff; budgeting, forecasting and profitability while maintaining brand standards.

Guest engagement and feedback integration to elevate service delivery.

Experience — 10+ years’ progressive experience in F&B operations; minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role within a hotel, resort or banquet-led property. Proven expertise in large-scale banquet and multi-outlet F&B; strong cost control, vendor negotiation and menu engineering.
