Key responsibilities

Drive sales targeting embassies, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and expat relocation agencies.

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with international and elite clients.

Develop strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue; manage client acquisition, negotiations and partnerships.

Collaborate with operations and marketing for seamless service delivery.

Experience — Minimum 5–7 years’ relevant sales experience. Proven track record in hospitality or real estate sales; strong network and prior experience with embassies, HNIs and expatriates.
